Student housing
Bryan Properties changed the face of student housing at Missouri State University by creating Bear Village, a 660-bed student community that features a variety of floor plans, all-inclusive billing, and premier amenities.

In 2022, we delivered the first public-private partnership in Missouri State University history — Heitz House, a 400-bed residence hall with parking, constructed on less than one acre of land.

Property management
We own and manage apartment communities in Nixa, Ozark, Lebanon, Branson and Springfield, Mo., and in Rogers, Ark. — with future communities planned in Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, and Texas.
